Fans Can Submit Photos & Videos NOW Thru Sunday, Feb. 14
NASHVILLE, TN (February 8, 2021) – Quartz Hill Records newcomer Ben Gallaher released his debut single, the anthemic “Every Small Town” this past Friday (2/5) – and now he’s giving fans the chance to be a part of the song’s official lyric video.
“Every Small Town” pays homage to the tight-knit communities comprised of blue-collar workers and their families whose blood, sweat and tears are the backbone of America. In order to celebrate the meaning of the song, Gallaher is asking his fans and followers to submit videos and images of themselves, their families and/or their friends hanging out in their own small towns. Each photo and video submitted will have the chance to be featured in Gallaher’s upcoming, official lyric video for “Every Small Town.”
“‘Every Small Town’ is about being proud of who you are and where you’re from - no matter where you live,” says Gallaher. “I wanted to give my fans the opportunity to showcase their own hometowns in a creative way because this song is really about them. The videos could be hanging out with your friends and family or driving down main street - or a backroad - or any other favorite spot in your town. I’m really looking forward to seeing what everyone sends in!”
Fans can visit https://app.wyng.com/everysmalltown NOW to learn more and to upload their photos and videos for possible inclusion in the lyric video. Submissions will close at 11:59 pm CST on Sunday, Feb. 14. The official lyric video for “Every Small Town” will be released in Spring 2021.
Co-written by Gallaher alongside celebrated songwriters Ash Bowers and Jim Collins, the song was born from Gallaher’s experience touring rural areas across the country. Emanating an undeniable window-down, radio-cranked sound, “Every Small Town” possesses heartfelt, cinematic storytelling paired with the edgy, musical intensity that Gallaher brings to his live shows.
A self-taught musician with a strong reverence for guitar masters, Gallaher’s songs are autobiographical anthems of growing up in the small town of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania that radiate a passion for the lyric-driven country music that influenced him. The burgeoning star’s vocals exude a smoky texture reflective of the backwoods bars in which the young artist honed his unbridled stage craft, driving to the Eastern corridor to perform each weekend while pursuing a degree in Entertainment Industry Studies at Nashville’s Belmont University.
The Quartz Hill Records artist has earned a fast-growing fanbase due to his commanding guitar prowess and energetic live shows while opening for the likes of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Hank Williams Jr., Blake Shelton, 3 Doors Down, Lee Brice, and has toured the Pennsylvania State Prisons for ten years on his annual, headlining Prison Tour
He is currently in the studio recording his debut Quartz Hill Records album with acclaimed music producers Mickey Jack Cones (Jason Aldean, Thomas Rhett) and Derek George (Randy Houser).
